The opening ceremony of the Second Central Asian Chess Cup for the prizes of the FIDE President with the participation of Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic -Asymbekova G.U., FIDE President -Ilyumzhinov K. N . was held at the "Rukh Ordo" Center named after Ch. Aytmatov in June 12, 2012. The festive and spiritual mood of the participants and guests of the tournament was inspired by the special energy of the complex. The FIDE President noted in his speech that Aristotle, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, whose sculptures are presented in "Rukh Ordo", were fans of this sport and often played chess, and undoubtedly inspired participants to a beautiful game and victory. The oldest chess game teaches tactics, sharpens minds for centuries and, like the "Rukh Ordo" Center, inspires for new solutions and new perspective.
